Your chances of failure is more when you locate in a failing place and your chance of success is more when you locate in a successful place with people with successful or positive mental attitude.

There is a saying that you cannot change who you are born to and even where you are born, but you can change what you become. You need to make sure you identify a location where you can succeed (or flourish)and make sure you work hard to achieve such success.

Identify with the right people and right mentality so that you can change your mentality as well . . . It is always a hard thing to do, to change from your usual mentality or pattern or way of doing things but with hard work you can change and it will definitely bring you positive results and success.
