After exams what next?

Most if not all professional examinations for the November / December session have finished. It will be Christmas and new year soon and we all hope that this new year will bring us success and every goodthing we may wish for.

 

While we may have finished the examination and/or school is on break, you may be wondering what to do, how to use your time wisely during this period.

 

I hope these suggestions may be helpful:

• Learn / or polish your use of the computer, especially your use of microsoft office
• Take advantage of free or reduced practical accounting training such as sage line 50, sage payroll etc
• Take up some volunteering activities with local charity organisations (this may go a long way to increase your CV and may give you relevant experience for the future)
• You may also begin revising some of the possible subjects that you may be intending to write examinations on during the next examination session, it is important to revise the subjects that you often find difficult the most, this will give you advantage of a better understanding during the term.
• Anything that you may have putten aside during the semester and was unable to do because of lack of time during school session, you may use your vacation to get it over with.
• Above all work hard at everything that you set your mind on and you shall surely be successful at it.
